Donation Request Form

Des Moines Skydivers is proud to support local charity organizations and events. Our standard donation has a retail value of $280 and includes one tandem skydive up to 14,000 ft. The donation is valid for one-year and has no cash value. While we cannot guarantee every request that is submitted will be approved, we do review each one and will be in contact should we decide to fulfill your request.

Please be advised that certain organizations are ineligible for donations and will not be considered: Individuals, families or fundraisers that benefit one individual or family; Political organizations or candidates for public office; Organizations publicly affiliated, past or present, with any other skydiving company; Religious organizations; Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, color, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, or veteran status; and any for-profit organization.
